The small scale PE60 wheel chocolate enrober with chocolate melting tank is the small chocolate coating line we desigend for small scale chocolate industries,which make the customers can use the small chocolate enrober to make the end chocolate coated product with consistent weight,uniform thickness and perfect finish even if they have very limited opreration space and small chocolate production demand.
For continuous chocolate supplying in the chocolate enrobing line, chocolate melting tank and chocolate pump can be added besides the small chocolate enrober machine as the optional equipment. The chocolate melting tank is used to melt the chocolate into liquid and warm keeping storage, the chocolate pump is used for chocolate liquid transferring to the chocolate enrobing machine tank.
There are two options for chocolate coating: 1. Chocolate coating machine with cooling tunnel. 2. Chocolate enrobing machine with cooling fan conveyor. Cooling tunnel is much bigger size compared to the fan cooling conveyor, but the choclate enrober machine with cooling fan conveyor is mostly used in shops, kitchen or at home. The chocolate enrobing machine with cooling tunnel can be used for industrial purpose. We have industrial type chocolate enrobing line for customer to choose, the industrial type chocolate enrobing line is with much bigger size and much longer cooling tunnel.
