Shelf Roll Forming Machine​

The machine adopts coiled metal steel strip as raw material, which is uncoiled, continuously rolled and cold-formed, and automatically cut to length to produce plates of specific shapes and specifications. The whole machine adopts PLC control and AC frequency conversion speed regulation technology to realize continuous automatic production. It is an ideal production equipment for steel structure and metal cold bending processing industries.

Guided feeding rack form

When the lateral roller type main machine feed inlet is provided with left and right guides, the two sides of the raw material plate enter the main machine after being guided from the left and the right, so that the raw material plate and the roll forming system maintain the correct position. The guide position can be adjusted by the manual screw mechanism, and the left and right are independently adjustable, and the guide roller is quenched.
