Final Driving Installation Precautions
Check that piping and flexible hoses are correctly installed. Ensure correct direction of motor rotation is achieved. Check for leakage from all motor parts. Ensure the system operates within specified working temperature range. Verify pressure operates within specified parameters.
Troubleshooting - General Precautions
- If abnormal operation of the Track Drive Motor occurs, inspect all working circuit elements that could affect motor performance
- If disassembly is required, perform in a clean environment to prevent missing or broken components during reassembly
- Handle internal hydraulic components with care during disassembly as they are precision manufactured and susceptible to irreversible damage
Diagnosis & Maintenance
- If motor produces unusual sounds, check oil level by unscrewing case drain plug. Add oil if needed and bleed trapped air from circuit
- Check oil quality for impurities - replace and maintain clean oil to extend Track Drive Motor lifespan
- If abnormal operation persists, check pressure throughout work circuit to assess potential motor breakdown
