Application: Simulates initial flame effects during electrical and electronic device fires to assess ignition risk. Evaluates combustibility of plastics, non-metallic substances, solid materials, and foam plastics (density ≥250kg/m³) following ISO 845 testing method. Tests conducted in both horizontal and vertical orientations.
Test Principle: Controls gas flow and flame exposure duration to regulate heat intensity applied to samples, enabling simulation and assessment of fire hazard levels.
Structure: Integrated air intake automatic ignition system with 0.1-second combustion delay ensures complete gas combustion. Steel construction with black matte interior finish for optimal visibility. Features large observation window and imported high-precision digital display for accurate monitoring.
