Application: This equipment simulates thermal stress from glowing elements or heat sources, such as overload resistance or ignition points, over short periods. It evaluates fire risk for electrical/electronic devices, household appliances, and various materials. The device performs non-flame ignition source fire tests to determine ignition temperature and combustibility index.
Test Principle: The Ni80/Cr20 glowing filament is heated to temperatures between 550°C and 960°C for 1 minute. The test sample is vertically exposed to 0.95N pressure for 30 seconds. By observing ignition of the sample or surrounding materials, users can assess ignition risks for electrical and electronic products. The equipment supports ignition tests, ignition temperature (GWIT) tests, flammability tests, and flammability index (GWFI) tests.
Structure: Features advanced PLC control with 7-inch color touch screen interface. Includes solenoid valve for precise burning depth control and measuring gauge for accuracy. Automatic sample detachment after set time. Uses imported UK BB K-type thermocouple (1mm) with temperature resistance up to 1100°C, exceeding the 1050°C standard requirement.
