Product Overview

It is used to assess the degree of impact of drops on packages during actual transportation, loading and unloading, and to evaluate the impact strength of the packaging during transportation and the rationality of the packaging design. And this drop test machine is mainly used for drop testing of larger packaging. The machine uses an "E"-shaped fork that can move downward quickly as a specimen holder. The test product is placed and balanced according to the test requirements (face, edge, and angle testing). During the test, the support arm moves downward at high speed, and the test product falls to the bottom plate glue with the "E"-shaped fork. Under the action of the high-efficiency shock absorber, it is embedded flat on the bottom plate. Theoretically, the drop test machine can perform drop tests from zero height range. The drop height is set through the LCD controller and the drop test is automatically performed according to the set height.
