Equipment Overview

The High Temperature Rain Test Device is specially engineered to simulate extreme rain and temperature conditions for evaluating the environmental durability of various components and materials. It is ideal for testing enclosures, electronic products, EV battery housings, and other equipment exposed to harsh outdoor conditions.

This system integrates water filtration, heating/cooling, and intelligent spray control to ensure accurate and repeatable testing. It can deliver heated water up to 45°C, maintain stable flow rates, and simulate rain impact from multiple adjustable nozzles. The device supports programmable cycles, real-time monitoring, and is built with user-friendly maintenance features.

Its modular design, mobile components, and adjustable spray frame height make it suitable for use with large walk-in chambers or custom testing environments.
