Product Overview
The Sand and Dust Test Chamber is designed to evaluate the protection performance of electrical and electronic products, automotive and motorcycle components, and sealing parts against the intrusion of sand and dust under simulated environmental conditions. It reproduces the effects of dust-laden air caused by natural weather conditions or artificial disturbances such as vehicle movement.
This chamber helps determine the potential impact of airborne particles on the functionality and durability of electrical and mechanical products during operation, storage, or transportation in dusty environments.
The equipment is precisely engineered and manufactured in compliance with IEC 60529 (Figure 2) IP5X and IP6X, IEC 60598-1:2008, IEC 60335-1 Clause 22.1, and other related international standards, ensuring accurate, reliable, and repeatable test results.
