Product Overview
This flexing test apparatus is designed and manufactured in full compliance with the requirements of IEC 62196-1:2022 Clause 26.4 Table 14 and IEC 60309-1:2012 Clause 24.4 Figure 9, etc.
It is specially used to perform mechanical load flexing tests on non-rewireable accessories for vehicle plugs, socket-outlets and couplers.
Equipment Features
- The equipment adopts PLC control with a 7-inch color touch HMI. Servo motor is applied to accurately control the flexing angle.
- Flexing angle, flexing speed and test cycles can be preset on the touch screen, and the test runs automatically per the set parameters.
- The equipment will stop automatically and give a prompt signal when the preset cycles are reached.
- It features high-precision digital display, high-efficiency digital frequency conversion, precise speed regulation, 6-digit memory setting, multi-function modular fixture, rotation center alignment tool, and built-in load that can supply load voltage to the specimen during testing.
