UL 1581 Compliant Cable Flammability Tester | 500W High-Power Flame Testing
This flammability test chamber is fully compliant with UL 1581 and UL 94 flame test standards. It simulates the effects of flame exposure on electrical and electronic products in the early stages of a fire, enabling accurate assessment of fire hazards.
It is designed for testing finished wires, cables, and cords, supporting key tests including the 1080 VW-1 vertical specimen flame test and 1100 horizontal specimen / FT2 flame test. These tests evaluate the ability of wires, cables, and flexible cords to resist flame spread to adjacent flammable materials during combustion.
The equipment is built with a PLC control system and an intuitive touchscreen interface for humanized operation. It features a black background and multi-function flame gauge, a durable stainless steel chamber body, and a large observation window for clear visibility. The original imported flame control system simplifies flame adjustment, delivering stable performance and convenient operation.
