Equipment Overview
During lithium battery core winding or lamination processes, issues like material dust contamination, uneven winding, and diaphragm breakage can create safety hazards that are difficult to detect. Current industry testing methods often have suboptimal detection rates for defective products.
This equipment applies 10-100ms high-voltage pulses to battery cells before electrolyte filling. By analyzing charging time, voltage parameters, and curve characteristics, it identifies open circuits, short circuits, and micro-short circuit insulation faults with exceptional speed and efficiency.
