Equipment Overview
The steel ball impact device conforms to the requirements of IEC 62196-1Ed.4CDV 2020 clause 26.2, fig18, table 13. It is suitable for mechanical strength for accessories to verify whether accessories shall have adequate mechanical strength so as to withstand the stresses imposed during installation and use.
The instrument can perform two forms of vertical drop impact and swing horizontal impact. It has the advantages of accurate measurement, reasonable layout and convenient operation. It is an ideal instrument for laboratory institutions and major manufacturers.

1 Impact steel balls:
Steel ball for vertical drop impact: 50.8mm with ring, 0.535kg, one piece, fall freely from rest through a vertical distance (H), the drop distance can be adjusted by adjusting the length of the suspension wire to achieve 1J, 2J, 3J and 4J.
Steel ball for swing horizontal impact: 50.8mm with ring, 0.535kg, four pieces, dropping through a vertical distance (H), the drop distance is fixed by the 4 pieces of steel ball with suspension wires to achieve 1J, 2J, 3J and 4J, operator should install the sample well to match the fixed drop distance.
