Equipment Overview
This vertical flammability testing equipment is designed according to ISO 6941 standards for evaluating the combustion performance of textile fabrics and industrial products including single or multi-component materials such as coatings, quilting, multi-layer constructions, and sandwich products.
Test Principle: A regulated igniter simulates flame exposure to the bottom edge of vertically mounted specimens. After specified ignition time, measurements are taken for afterburning duration, smoldering time, and damage length to determine specimen compliance.
The system incorporates high-precision instruments, automatic ignition, and precision flow regulation for accurate flame adjustment, stable performance, and convenient operation.
