Test Principle
The glow wire (Ni80/Cr20) is heated to testing temperatures of 550°C to 960°C for 1 minute using high current. With specified pressure (0.95N), it vertically contacts test samples for 30 seconds. Observing ignition and burning time determines fire hazard risks for electrical and electronic products.
