System Components
Chamber Body: Inner chamber constructed from SUS304 stainless steel with rounded, smooth surfaces for easy cleaning. Outer chamber features A3 cold-rolled steel plate with electrostatic double-sided spray or SUS304 stainless steel. Includes threading holes with rubber stoppers and polyurethane foam insulation.
Observation Window: Double-layer explosion-proof tempered glass door.
Heating System: Electric heating with high-quality nickel-chromium wire electric heaters and contactless control (SSR).
Humidification System: External humidification structure.
Cooling System: German Bock or BITZER semi-compact compressors using environmentally friendly R404A R23 refrigerant. Features shell and tube condenser (water cooled) and high-performance fin type automatic load capacity adjustment.
Control & Data Management
Touch Screen: Weinview programmable temperature and humidity controller (7-inch 16-bit true color).
Temperature Control: PID self-tuning with Class A PT100 platinum resistance sensor.
Testing Modes: Fixed value testing for single temperature/humidity conditions and program testing for multiple temperature/humidity sequences (up to 100 program groups).
Data Storage: Temperature and humidity curve interface with standard R232 or USB communication for data download and process recording.
Safety & Protection Features
