Process Technology
Crystallization Process
Parallel crystallization tanks ensure optimal crystallizing time and individual emptying capability. Advanced PLC system controls cooling rates through preset freezing parameters, with frequency conversion controlled stirring devices maintaining uniform cooling without disrupting crystal structure.
Each crystallizer features a closed-circuit cooling medium circulation system with real-time temperature monitoring and regulation. The system maintains smooth cooling curves throughout the process, preventing temperature fluctuations and ensuring ideal crystallization conditions.
Filtration Process
After crystallization, slurry undergoes heat exchange and separation through diaphragm filter presses operating at 3-4 bar pressure. The automated seven-step process includes feeding, circulation, filtration, emptying, squeezing, blowing cake, and unloading cake operations.
The self-cleaning filter press system uses oil flow through heating plates for circular cleaning, featuring one-key operation to reduce labor intensity and ensure consistent performance.
