Product Description:

Mixed oil refining is the refining process before the mixed oil from the leachers is desolvated at high temperature.

Blending the mixed oil from the leachers to a certain concentration, and then steam it. After steaming, add acid to mix fully for acidification reaction and alkali to mix fully for neutralization reaction respectively.

• Heat the alkali-refined oil mix for centrifugal separation.
• Transport the oil foot to special equipment for solvent recovery.
• After the separation, the alkali refining oil mix enters the solvent evaporation system for desolvation and solvent recovery.
• Reduce the amount of steam by using refrigerated vacuum system, which is one of our patents technology. The function of this technology is to ensure the stability of the vacuum system and reduce the effluent discharge at the same time.
