Pam Chemical Water Treatment Sludge Dewatering Flocculant Cationic Polyacrylamide

Cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) is a linear polymer compound. Because it has a variety of active groups, it can interact with a variety of substances and adsorb to form hydrogen bonds. Mainly used for flocculating negatively charged colloids, with functions of turbidity removal, decolorization, adsorption, adhesion, etc., suitable for dyeing, papermaking, food, construction, metallurgy, mineral processing, coal powder, oil field, aquatic product processing and fermentation industries. The treatment of wastewater with high organic colloid content is especially suitable for the dehydration treatment of industrial sludge such as municipal sewage, municipal sludge, and papermaking sludge.

Cationic polyacrylamide can be divided into two forms: solid particles and emulsions according to different forms. At present, the most widely used in the market is solid particles, while cationic polyacrylamide emulsions are rarely used as a new form of product in the market.

Feature
1. It has good water solubility and can be completely dissolved in cold water.
2. Add a small amount of cationic polyacrylamide products, and the flocculation effect is good. Generally, it is only necessary to add 0.01~10ppm (0.01~10g/m3) to give full play to its effect.
3. Cationic polyacrylamide products and inorganic flocculants (polyferric sulfate, polyaluminum chloride, iron salt, etc.) are used at the same time, and the effect is better.
