NPAM Nonionic Polyacrylamide Pam Chemical Water Treatment
Pam Chemical Water Treatment NPAM Nonionic Polyacrylamide Application
Untreated polyacrylamide is in an unhydrolyzed state and is a non-ionic polymer compound. Therefore, the amide group is dissolved in water in a hydrated state. At this time, the polymer chain is not in a stretched state, but in a crimped state. Some amide groups exist in the form of -CONH3+. Although they are cationic, they cannot neutralize the negative charge of the suspended colloidal particles. Therefore, the hydrogen on the surface of the amide-based particles forms a hydrogen bond to cause adsorption. In order to make the adsorption particles interact to form solid flocs, the molecular weight of polyacrylamide should be as large as possible. Non-ionic polyacrylamide is a linear polymer with high molecular weight and low ionicity. It has the functions of flocculation, dispersion, thickening, bonding, film formation, gelation, and colloidal stabilization. Non-ionic polyacrylamide is mainly used for flocculation, precipitation and clarification treatment of various industrial wastewater. Especially when the sewage is acidic, it is more appropriate to use non-ionic polyacrylamide.

Features of nonionic polyacrylamide products:
1. It has good water solubility and can be completely dissolved in cold water.
2. Adding a small amount of non-ionic polyacrylamide, the flocculation effect is good. Generally, just add 0.01-10ppm (0.01-10g/m3) to give full play to its effect.
3. Use of non-ionic polyacrylamide and inorganic flocculant (polyferric sulfate, polyaluminum chloride, iron salt, etc.) at the same time, the effect is better.
