Wastewater Treatment Chemicals Industry Grade Polyacrylamide Chemical Auxiliary Agent

Anionic Polyacrylamide (APAM) is widely used in municipal and industrial wasted water treatment, it is an environmental friendly chemical for non-drinking water treatment. SAIFU APAM has the advantages of:
1. Less adoption: 0.1% solution can have better or same performance compare with other brands (0.15-0.3%);
2. Short dissolving time: 30 minutes in summer time, 40 minutes in winter time;
3. Flocculation enhancement: Special carboxyl on the polymer line-chain makes the bridging absorbency much stronger which makes the flocculation/coagulation/sedimentation more faster;
4. Save more production costs: less adoption, short dissolving time and quick flocculation all save production costs, as continuous and low energy production is more important for all end users.

Anionic PAM wastewater treatment: especially suitable for the treatment of suspended particulate matter, sewage, wastewater, metallurgical wastewater, coal washing wastewater, etc., with good results.
The type of cationic polyacrylamide ion degree should be selected according to the type of dehydration in sludge dewatering. The filter press is suitable for cationic polyacrylamide with an ionization degree of 15%-40%. The centrifuge is suitable for 30%-60% ions. If the ionization is too low, "sludge running" will occur in the process of inaccurate dehydration of flocs. If the ionization degree is too high, there will be problems such as poor desilting and sticky mud on the filter cloth.
