The colors are generally brown, white, yellow and light yellow. Different colors of polyaluminum chloride are also very different in application and production process. Domestic polyaluminum chloride with an alumina content between 28% and 31% is mostly ochre to yellow, light yellow solid powder. It is a new type of high-efficiency inorganic polymer coagulant. It uses advanced manufacturing technology and high-quality raw materials. It has the characteristics of less impurities, large molecular weight and good coagulation effect. Compared with other coagulants, polyaluminum chloride has the following advantages: wide application range and wide adaptability to water. It is easy to quickly form large alum flowers and has good precipitation performance. The suitable PH value range is wide (between 5-9), and the PH value and alkalinity of the water after treatment will decrease slightly. When the water temperature is low, the stable precipitation effect can still be maintained. The alkalinity is higher than other aluminum salts and iron salts, and has little corrosive effect on equipment.
Application Fields
1. It is a flocculant, mainly used for special water treatment and purification of drinking water and water supply, such as iron removal, fluorine removal, cadmium removal, radioactive pollution, oil slick, etc. It is also used for industrial wastewater treatment, such as printing and dyeing wastewater. In addition, it is also used in precision casting, medicine, paper rubber, leather, petroleum, chemicals, dyes, etc.
2. Polyaluminum chloride is used as a water treatment agent in surface treatment.
3. The main raw material of antiperspirant cosmetics.
4. Certain flocculants can be used as food additives.
How to use
Solid products should be dissolved and diluted before input. The best input volume can be confirmed by testing and preparing agent
concentration based on different water qualities.
