Sodium dichloroisocyanurate (also called NaDCC or SDIC) is a chemical compound widely used as a cleansing agent and disinfectant. It is a colorless, water-soluble solid, produced as a result of reaction of cyanuric acid with chlorine.

Instructions:
1. Take out 100g of the Sodium Dichloroisocyanurate.
2. Put the sodium dichloroisocyanurate into a plastic or porcelain container which containing 1 kg of water (it is strictly forbidden to pour water into the powder)
3. Stir and dissolve.
4. Cover the liquid and wait for 25~35 minutes, and it will become 1 kg of chlorine dioxide stock solution with a concentration of 2800mg/L.
5. Dilute in proportion to prepare a solution for use.
