Anionic polyacrylamide (APAM) is a water-soluble polymer, mainly used for flocculation and settling of various industrial wastewater, precipitation and clarification treatment, such as steel plant wastewater, electroplating plant wastewater, metallurgical wastewater, coal washing wastewater and other sewage treatment, sludge dehydration. It can also be used for clarification and purification of drinking water. it can accelerate the settling of particles in the suspension, accelerate the solution clarification and promote the filtration.

Application
PAM can be used in various kinds of water treatment fields, such as follows:
1. Coal washing plant chooses polyacrylamide for coal slurry precipitation concentration tailings filtration, please choose anionic polyacrylamide, non-ionic polyacrylamide, low cationic polyacrylamide.
2. Paint industry wastewater please choose anionic polyacrylamide, non-ionic polyacrylamide. For the treatment of paint wastewater, the traditional method is to treat the mixed wastewater directly by coagulation. The treatment effect is not ideal, the effluent quality is unstable, and it is difficult to reach the discharge standard.
3. Please choose cationic polyacrylamide for biological treatment of waste liquid and sludge in dairy industry.
4. Anionic polyacrylamide, non-ionic polyacrylamide and low cationic polyacrylamide were selected for treatment of
electroplating wastewater containing cyanide oxide.
