The portable and high precision current transformer analyzer CTP-120PA allows performing all tests foreseen by international standards on CTs and inductive VTs.
For CT tests, the instrument can be connected directly up to 6 taps via Multi-tap Switch Box. In this way the connection to the device under test it’s executed only one time without the need of any further manual operation.
The CTP-120PA can be used as a stand-alone unit or can be computer-controlled. It can be connected to a PC via the USB port. In computer-controlled mode, test records can be read from the CTP-120PA’s memory, or CT tests can be run from the PC. The CTP-120PA comes with the CTP PC software. The CTP PC software can be used to test a current transformer or voltage transformer directly from a PC, automatically generate test results, read test records from the CTP-120PA’s memory, and save test records in Word format.
The instrument is housed in a transportable box, which is provided with a cover and handles for ease of transportation.
