Product introduction:
Fenton RP597 is an internal plasticizer for melamine formaldehyde(MF) resin. It is suitable for the production of impregnated paper, including furniture paper, door panel paper, floor paper and wear-resistant paper.
Product performance:
Could replace caprolactam and other modifiers in the production of MF resin. The impregnated paper produced is less easy to absorb moisture and less brittle, with higher brightness and saturation.
Application:
Usually the dosage is 2.0～ 3.5% of the total feeding mass, conventionally 3%. The specific amount should be determined by the practical use. Ask for formula from the sales staff before use.
