PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
FENTENG AD215 is a newly developed non-foaming dust remover, not only can eliminate foam and reduce dust, but also the product will not produce foam .
FENTENG AD215 is a defoamer/wetting/antidust agent for resins in Low Pressure Melamine Laminating systems.
PRODUCT PERFORMANCE
During the production of impregnated paper, the melamine formaldehyde resin will produce some micro-foam after being heated. After the foam is dried, it will be crushed by the equipment and become dust, which will cause pollution to the production environment. Anti-dust agent-FENTENG AD215 can effectively inhibit the production of foam. , Thereby reducing dust.
PRODUCT APPLICATION:
This product is used with FENTENG wetting agent and mold release agent to keep the resin clear and foam-free.
the recommenddosage is 0.1-0.3% weight of the second stage liquid resin, and the maximum 0.6%. in order to achieve better dedusting and brightening effect. It is suggested that the minimum dosage should be determined from 0.15%.
*Note:
the dedusting agent should be added before the curing agent, and then the curing time should be tested.
It can be stored at 25℃ for one year in a closed container. at higher temperature, the storage period decreases slightly. It may coagulate at low temperature(<10℃), but its effect will not be affected after thawing.
