FENTENG DS101 Dispersant Additive Impregnated Paper Modified Additives

DS101 is a synthetic polymer dispersant, adding this product can make inorganic mineral pigment evenly dispersed.In the impregnated paper industry is usually used to make titanium dioxide suspension slurry.

PRODUCT PERFORMANCE

Dispersant DS101 has special interfacial activity, it can adsorb on the surface of pigment, produce repulsion or steric hindrance, thus make pigment zhan'xian fluidity and solubility

After adding a dispering agent DS101, it can effectively reduce the surface tension of the pigment, prevent harmful flocculation of the pigment, keep the pigment in a stable state, and at the same time strengthen the pigment grinding ability, shorten the dispersion time, and improve the gloss of the slurry.

PRODUCT APPLICATION

Under normal circumstances, according to the different dispersing pigments, the dosage ratio is: dispersant DS101: pigment=3:1 (generally, there is no need to add water, if you want to reduce the viscosity of the dispersion, you can add an appropriate amount of water according to the actual production needs)
