Description:

FENTENG CT0012D is an upgraded version of CT0012. It is a new curing agent developed for the development of the current impregnated paper industry. It is mainly used in urea-formaldehyde resin and fully automatic glue adjusting equipment.

The use of CT0012D can effectively cure your safety resin, thereby reducing the quality problems caused by the urea-formaldehyde resin exuding to the surface of the melamine resin, such as: poor surface tightness, and easy adhesion of impregnated paper. After adding this product, the curing temperature of the hot pressing process of the impregnated paper can be increased, the resin flow time can be prolonged, the heat-resistant temperature of the impregnated paper during the storage process can be increased, and the storage time can be prolonged.

PRODUCT APPLICATION

Added to the system with 0.1-0.3% weight of liquid resin, gel time is 5-10 minutes at 100℃water bath.

The amount of curing agent varies with the reactivity and the pH value of the resin. Before used, appropriate curing time should be determined according to the type of impregnated paper, and the accurate dosage of curing agent should be determined by lab testing.

It is suggested to be used for impregnated paper with long-time transportation and long storage time.

Note:

the curing agent should be added at last, after other additives. the curing time should be tested. Only after the curing time reaches the qualified value, can it be poured into the glue tank.
