Description:

FENTENG CT0710 is a resin curing agent suitable for the production of low pressure short period impregnated paper ,which can cure melamine - formaldehyde resin, urea - formaldehyde resin and melamine modified urea - formaldehyde resin, mainly used in melamine - formaldehyde resin.

CT0710 are capable of curing all types of amino resins for low-pressure short-cycle impregnated paper, providing faster curing performance with less additives than common morinoline p-toluenesulfonic acid system hardener products, helping the plate section to achieve a shorter pressing cycle (<20s)

CT0710 can effectively cure melamine formaldehyde resin, but also can produce curing effect on urea formaldehyde resin, so as to reduce the quality problems caused by urea formaldehyde resin seep into the surface of melamine resin, such as bad surface sealing, easy adhesion of impregnated paper and other problems. Compared with other kinds of curing agent, CT0710S can increase the wear resistance revolution appropriately.

Application:

Added to the system with 0.1-0.3% weight of liquid resin, gel time is 4-8 minutes at 100℃water bath.

The amount of curing agent varies with the reactivity and the pH value of the resin. Before used, appropriate curing time should be determined according to the type of impregnated paper, and the accurate dosage of curing agent should be determined by lab testing.

Because this product has the characteristics of high latency and short pressing period, it is suggested to be used in the production process of floor paper.

*Note:

 the curing agent should be added at last, after other additives. the curing time should be tested. Only after the curing time reaches the qualified value, can it be poured into the glue tank.
