Description:
FENTENG CT0015 is an organic-based catalyst designed for decorative laminating formulations.
FENTENG CT0015 is a catalyst designed specifically to accelerate the cure of Melamine Formaldehyde resins used for the impregnation and laminating of papers.
This product not only provides good latent curing performance and helps impregnated paper achieve a longer shelf life; it also allows the resin to have a relatively long leveling time during hot pressing, and cures quickly at high temperatures, making the curing effect more uniform.
Application
Add 0.2-0.4% of the weight of the liquid resin, and the time for the glue to set the paper surface is 5 to 7 minutes at a temperature of 100°C in a water bath.
The specific amount varies with the ratio of the resin and the pH. The correct amount of curing agent must be determined through experimental tests before use.
