PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
FENTENGAS210 is a specially prepared anti-stick agent for impregnated paper production, widely used in high and low pressure laminates and post-forming flexible plates.This product can effectively prevent the adhesion of furniture decorative paper.
CHARACTEISTICS:
Anti-adhesive: can prevent impregnated paper in storage and transportation process affected by temperature and humidity and bonding.
Helps to impregnate paper surface resin uniform penetration, especially suitable for impregnation effect is not ideal white
Paper, black paper, color paper and metal ink printing paper, surface wear resistant paper, etc. Its good wettability can reduce the use of wetting agents.
DOSAGE:
1.FENTENG AS210 should be added in the first stage coater.It is usually 0.2-0.3% of the weight of UF resin. also can be added to MF resin with 0.1-0.2%.
*Note: anti-adhesive agent should be added after other additives,In order to ensure the outstanding production performance of furniture finishing paper, add curing agent and test curing time, and then add anti-stick agent after reaching the specified value of the process.
