Description:

FENTENG RP331 is a high-performance internal plasticiser additive for UF, MUF, MF and PF laminating resins.

Performance:

It has great chemical activity, high bonding strength, high water resistance, high energy, more than three hours of boiling water thermal stability, high and low temperature curing ability, good abrasion resistance, fast curing without adding curing agent.

Melamine finished products than urea-formaldehyde resin finished products hardness and wear resistance to chemical resistance, electrical insulation performance is good. But after curing, the adhesive layer is easy to break and should not be used alone. Its storage life is short and perishable.

In order to be better applied to furniture and vehicle decorative paper, a modifier (FENTENG RP331) must be added to change the properties of melamine resin.

Applications:

The recommended dosage of this additive is 2%-4% by weight of the liquid resin, and the actual dosage depends on the brightness of the decorative paper and the pressing process.

The products are used in the production of low pressure melamine board impregnated paper, high pressure fire-proof board impregnated paper, phenolic resin template impregnated paper, particleboard and medium density fibreboard and other decorative board
