Description:

FENTENGFW0032-wetting agents already reduce the surface tension of resin solutions at very low dosage levels. Thus, the resin penetration into the impregnated paper is improved, more consistent, & a smooth and even surface film is produced.

In combination with FENTENG-catalysts, FENTENG-release agents and an eventually modified resin a perfectly closed laminate-surface with high gloss can be created.

FENTENG-wetting agents are environmentally friendly, low foaming, transparent liquids, which do not disintegrate during normal laminating temperatures. Color variations and surface blemishes will not occur during lamination.

Applications:

FENTENG FW0032 was added in the first stage coater,Usually 0.1-0.2% weight of liquid resin is added. If the penetration of paper is poor or the gluing is insufficient, the maximum can reach 0.4%.
