Description:

FENTENG FW0042 is a special internal wetting agent that can be directly added to any water-soluble resin used in the production of laminates.

The wetting component in FENTENG FW0042 can evenly penetrate into the interior of the decorative paper fiber during dipping and coating, so that the resin distribution on the surface of the impregnated paper is even and smooth.

Wetting agent FW0042 is used in melamine formaldehyde, phenol formaldehyde and urea formaldehyde resins. It does not foam during dipping, and has a stabilizer function during resin storage and production.

Applications:

FENTENG FW0042 was added in the first stage coater,Usually 0.3% weight of liquid resin is added. If the penetration of paper is poor or the gluing is insufficient, the maximum can reach 0.4%.
