Description:

FENTENG FW0041 is a wetting agent for a variety of surfactants, mainly used in water-soluble resins such as urea-formaldehyde resins, melamine-formaldehyde resins, and modified amino resins.

This product is suitable for metal powder paper, coated paper, black paper, dark color plain paper and high-weight surface paper.

Performance:

FENTENG FW0041 is an efficient wetting agent, which produces only a very small amount of foam during the production process. It can reduce the surface tension of the resin, so that the water-based resin can fully wet and fill the gaps between the paper fibers, so that the surface of the impregnated paper is smooth, the amount of glue is uniform, and it is more shiny after drying.

Applications:

FENTENG FW0041 was added in the first stage coater,The recommended dosage of this product is 0.3%-0.5% of the weight of the resin. The exact dosage is based on actual tests. It is recommended to start with the dosage of 0.3%.
