Description:
AW20-dispersing agents for Al2O3 in liquid overlay applications ensure good stability and homogeneity of the aluminium oxide dispersion subsequently improve the transparency of the impregnated overlay.
Al2O3 -particles are coated with a thin layer, which reacts completely during drying with UF or MF resin.
By using FENTENG-TiO2-dispersing agents the opacity of impregnated paper may be improved while at the same time its cost is reduced.
Applications:
1. The best dosage of anti-wear agent is 5% resin,The specific amount shall be adjusted by the customer according to the decorative panel pressing and pasting process, increasing the amount is conducive to rapid plate production.
2. This product is usually added to the second stage coater in the impregnated paper process.
