Product Describtion
FENTENG CT0020 is a urea-formaldehyde resin curing agent. It has excellent latency and is widely used in resins with different molar ratios.
The curing principle of FENTENG CT0020 in urea-formaldehyde resin conforms to the classical theory. By using CT0020, the urea-formaldehyde resin reduces moisture absorption and improves water resistance after curing, which can better meet the requirements of impregnated paper production.
In the impregnated paper suitable for low-temperature pressing process, CT0020 has better performance, especially for the impregnated paper of veneer re-sticking process, it has better curability.
Applications
1.The best dosage of release agent is 0.2-0.4% resin .
2.The degree of reaction depends on the PH value and reactivity of the resin. The boiling water curing time of the resin ranges from 8.5-10 minutes.
3.The curing agent should be added last after adding other kinds of additives
*Note: the curing agent should be added at last, after other additives. the curing time should be tested. Only after the curing time reaches the qualified value, can it be poured into the glue tank.
