Description:
CT0013D is a urea-formaldehyde resin curing agent , improved version of CT0013 , suitable for high-speed equipment, usually used in the production of low-pressure impregnated paper.
Latentcy: at room temperature (25℃)does not show curing , in the low temperature (≤120℃): slow curing; in the high temperature (≥120℃): fast curing.
Product Features
1. High laterntcy, Does not harden at room temperature, but hardens quickly at high temperature.
2. It can be used with ipenetrant and anti-sticking agent, for better effect.
3. Low dosage, normally 0.1%-0.3% of the resin will work.
4.Increase the shelf life of impregnated paper
5.Improve impregnated paper performance :Reduce the occurrence of dry or wet printing during the laminating process.
*Note:
the curing agent should be added at last, after other additives. the curing time should be tested. Only after the curing time reaches the qualified value, can it be poured into the glue tank.
