Description:
FentonRP201 is a special additive, suitable for the production of urea-formaldehyde resin with low formaldehyde emission .
The product is used in the production of decorative boards such as low-pressure melamine board impregnated paper, high-pressure fireproof board impregnated paper, phenolic resin template impregnated paper, particle board and medium density fiberboard.
RP201 is suitable for urea-formaldehyde impregnation resins with low mole ratio. It can improve the storage stability and reactivity of low molar ratio urea - formaldehyde resin.After adding PR201, the formaldehyde emission of impregnated paper can be as low as 0.5mg/ L.
Storage:
can be stored at 25℃ for one year in a closed container. at higher temperature, the storage period decreases slightly. It may coagulate at low temperature(<10℃), but its effect will not be affected after thawing.
