PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
DS101 is a synthetic polymer dispersant, adding this product can make inorganic mineral pigment evenly dispersed.In the impregnated paper industry is usually used to make titanium dioxide suspension slurry.
The product is used in the production of decorative boards such as low-pressure melamine board impregnated paper, high-pressure fireproof board impregnated paper, phenolic resin template impregnated paper, particle board and medium density fiberboard.
PRODUCT APPLICATION
Under normal circumstances, according to the different dispersing pigments, the dosage ratio is: dispersant DS101: pigment=3:1 (generally, there is no need to add water, if you want to reduce the viscosity of the dispersion, you can add an appropriate amount of water according to the actual production needs)

Because of the different formulations, it is recommended that customers determine the best dosage should be tested.
Leak handling
This product is a non-flammable and explosive industrial grade chemical product and cannot be used in any food and medicine.
When the product leaks, it is recommended that the operator wear a dust mask, wear a gas-proof suit, and do not touch the leaked material. When a small amount of leakage occurs, rinse and dilute with a large amount of water. When a large amount of leakage occurs, it should be covered with plastic sheet, and then collected and recycled.
