Titanium Dioxide Slurry Dispersant DS101 Dispering Agent used to impregnated paper Modified additives.

DS101 is a synthetic polymer dispersant, adding this product can make inorganic mineral pigment evenly dispersed.In the impregnated paper industry is usually used to make titanium dioxide suspension slurry.

PRODUCT APPLICATION

Under normal circumstances, according to the different dispersing pigments, the dosage ratio is: dispersant DS101: pigment=3:1 (generally, there is no need to add water, if you want to reduce the viscosity of the dispersion, you can add an appropriate amount of water according to the actual production needs)

Because of the different formulations, it is recommended that customers determine the best dosage should be tested.

Storage

can be stored at 15℃-25 ℃ for one year in a closed container. at higher temperature(>40℃), the storage period decreases slightly. It may coagulate at low temperature(<0℃), but its effect will not be affected after thawing.
