Description:
FENTENG CT0321 is a catalyst for first stage UF or MUF impregnating resins in Low Pressure Melamine laminating systems.
FENTENG CT0321 has high latency, can provide longer use time in high temperature in summer, better pre-curing index, resin added to the product can maintain a long time of clear and transparent state.
This product is suitable for the maceration paper of high temperature short period pressing process, also suitable for the maceration paper of low temperature long period pressing process, it can provide better surface brightness, wear resistance, scratch resistance.
High latent:
CT0013 doesn't show curing ability at room temperature (25 ℃), and active time after adding is 8-12 hours. After temporary machine maintenance , new patch of glue is not needed, saving work time. At low temperature (< 120 ℃), the curing process is slow, the resin has time spread enough, meanwhile rapid curing at high temperature provides uniformity. Dry/wer flaw, heat mark can be reduced,
Curing time :
Put 12 grams of resin solution into a 16 mm x 160mm (approximately .32cc) test tube. Add this curing agent. Immerse in boiling water and stir until the precipitation and turbidity appear. The time taken is the "curing time", usually 3-5 minutes.
Application:
Added to the system with 0.3-0.6% weight of liquid resin, gel time is 8-15 minutes at 100℃water bath.
