Amino resin is a thermosetting resin by condensation of amino compounds and formaldehyde. It is customary to refer to melamine formaldehyde resin and urea formaldehyde resin as amino resin.

FENTENG MR307  is a cost-effective dust remover, suitable for water-based amino resin (MF&UF) and oily amino resin (phenolic resin). The use of dust remover in the production process of furniture decoration paper can not only improve the phenomenon of paper dullness, but also reduce The generation of dust protects the environmental sanitation of the workshop and the health of the personnel.

Applications

Generally, the dosage is 0.1-0.3% weight of the second stage liquid resin, and the maximum 0.5%. in order to achieve better dedusting and brightening effect. It is suggested that the minimum dosage should be determined from 0.15%.

*Note: the dedusting agent should be added before the curing agent, and then the curing time should be tested.

It may condense or precipitate below 20 ℃.

ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES

Small amount of leakage Leakage will cause slip easily

• Clean all leakage immediately.
• Use protective equipment to prevent personnel contact.
• Use sand, soil, inert substances or vermiculite to collect and absorb leakage.
• Remove by using duster cloth.
• Collect leakage into the container with label so as to make easy to dispose it.

Large amount of leakage Leakage will cause slip easily

• The substance is of very low hazard.
• Prevent the liquid waste to enter into sewer or drainageway by using various methods.
• On the premise of safety, stop leakage.
• Use sand, soil or vermiculite to absorb leakage.
• Collect the recyclable product into the container with label so as to be easy for recycling.
• Collect the solid residue and seal it into the bucket with label so as to dispose.
• Flush the polluted area and prevent the waste water discharge to the sewer.
