FENTENG FW0032-wetting agents is best suited for the efficient impregnation of difficult papers (such as Metal powder paper, black paper, dark pigment color paper, high grammage surface paper)– foam-free even at high line speeds.
Applications:
FENTENG FW0032 was added in the first stage coater,Usually 0.1-0.2% weight of liquid resin is added. If the penetration of paper is poor or the gluing is insufficient, the maximum can reach 0.4%.
