Product Describtion

Amino resin is a thermosetting resin by condensation of amino compounds and formaldehyde. It is customary to refer to melamine formaldehyde resin and urea formaldehyde resin as amino resin.

FENTENG MR307 provides enhanced film smoothing agents which exhibit very efficient anti-dust properties, especially when high drying temperatures, fast line speeds and high resin contents are at stake. Both products prevent the creation of high foam levels and their outstanding resin compatibility allow fine tuning of dosages to match specific requirements. Depending on the specific characteristics of the impregnation resins in terms of viscosity, pH and paper penetration properties, we either recommend usingMR307.

Applications

Generally, the dosage is 0.1-0.3% weight of the second stage liquid resinand both are added at the raster/gravure-roller station.in order to achieve better dedusting and brightening effect. It is suggested that the minimum dosage should be determined from 0.15%.

*Note: the dedusting agent should be added before the curing agent, and then the curing time should be tested.

It may condense or precipitate below 20 ℃.
