Product Describtion
MR306E is an upgraded version of MR306,It is a very efficient anti-dust agent that significantly prevents blisters during drying, thereby creating a very smooth film appearance. A dosage of 0.1 – 0.2% is usually sufficient to impede dust formation, even at high line speeds and sharp drying conditions.
Product Performance
MR0306 can be used in low pressure impregnated paper and high pressure fireproof paperboard, providing smooth, delicate, bright paper surface, and improving the softness of the paper.
It can inhibit the excessive aging of resin and reduce the dust, so the loss of resin is reduced, the cost is reduced, and the environment and the health of the workers are also protected.
Product Application
Generally, the dosage is 0.1-0.3% weight of the second stage liquid resin, and the maximum 0.5%. in order to achieve better dedusting and brightening effect. It is suggested that the minimum dosage should be determined from 0.15%.
