Product Describtion
FENTENG FW0032 is a kind of high performance penetrating agent composed of various surfactants. It can be used in urea formaldehyde(UF) resin, melamine formaldehyde(MF) resin, modified amino resin and other water-soluble resins.
Product Performance
Good penetrating effect, with little foam in the production. It can reduce the surface tension of the resin, to fully wet and fill the gaps between the paper fibers, further to offer smooth surface, uniform amount of glue, more brightness after drying.
For all kinds of metal powder paper, black paper, dark plain paper and heavy overlay paper, whose penetrating is harder, the effect is more obvious.
Product Application
Usually 0.1-0.2% weight of liquid resin is added. If the penetration of paper is poor or the gluing is insufficient, the maximum can reach 0.4%.
The products are used in the production of low pressure melamine board impregnated paper, high pressure fire-proof board impregnated paper, phenolic resin template impregnated paper, particleboard and medium density fibreboard and other decorative board
