Product Describtion
Fenteng RP106 is an additive to promote resin flow, which is mainly used in the production of bright household panels. It can make the resin still maintain fluidity under harsh application conditions, suitable for high-pressure/low-pressure formaldehyde emission.
Product Performance
In the impregnation process of producing bright home furnishing paper, it is necessary to maintain the fluidity of the glue and reduce the volatile content of the paper. Therefore, the additive RP106 must be added when impregnating the adhesive tape, which can effectively improve the fluidity of the resin under low volatile content. At the same time, the Fenton release agent MR306 is added to make the impregnated paper brighter.
Product Application
The amount of additives is usually 1-3% of the weight of the resin, and the amount is adjusted according to the brightness of the impregnated paper and the board pressing process.
The products are used in the production of low pressure melamine board impregnated paper, high pressure fire-proof board impregnated paper, phenolic resin template impregnated paper, particleboard and medium density fibreboard and other decorative board
Related Information
Providing convincing solutions requires expertise and know-how – competencies that Fenteng has developed through years of experience and intensive research. The result is a comprehensive understanding of lamination technology.
After drying, the impregnated papers can be stored for several months before being laminated onto wood based panel boards. During hot-pressing or thermo-fusing, the resin in the paper softens sufficiently to bond with the substrate. Subsequently, the resin cures to become hard and durable that protects the decor paper. Release agents support the clean separation of the laminated board from the press plate. Press speed and quality of the surface is determined by the right choice of resin catalysts / hardener. All additives and catalysts are added to the resin right before the impregnation process.
Impregnated paper production process:
Impregnated paper in the production process commonly used additives are curing agent, penetration agent, mold release agent, anti-blocking agent, anti-dust agent, defoaming agent, anti-static agent; For the production of impregnated paper liquid surface with spraying section, wear-resistant paste will also be used. Additive dosage is not large, but it plays an important role in the quality and production process of veneer paper and veneer panel.
