Product description:
BunnyTube Body Fluid Cell Free DNA BCT for Metagenomic Next Generation Sequencing contain a special stabilizer that immobilizes blood cells after collection to prevent the release of genomic DNA and inhibit the degradation of cfDNA by nucleases to maintain the overall stability of cell-free DNA. It is used for the collection, transport and storage of cell-free DNA from blood samples for clinical testing.
Advantage
- Technique:Use EDTA-K3 as anticoagulant, which has highest solubility in the liquid, to bind to Ca2+ ions in blood to form chelates, and inhibit thrombospondin activation to prevent blood clotting.
