Qubit dsDNA HS Assay Kit Nucleic Acid Quantitation Kit for Genetic Testing uses a highly selective fluorescent dye to specifically bind the double-stranded DNA in the sample. the fluorescence value of the standard is detected using a fluorescence quantifier or an enzyme standardizer, and a standard curve is produced. The concentration of double-stranded DNA in the sample is then calculated by detecting the fluorescence value of the sample.
